Finding the right fit is easy — measure your size before choosing your Kandy. How to Measure from another Ring: Take a ring that fits comfortably on your chosen finger. Measure the inner diameter (inside width) in millimeters and compare it to a ring size chart. Visit our Studio for an exact fit: Not sure about your size? Fingers change size: Heat, cold, and even time of day affect your ring size. In summer, fingers tend to swell slightly; in winter, they shrink. Your hands aren’t identical: The same finger can have a different size on each hand, so always measure the one you’ll wear your Kandy on. A flexible fit: Since fingers naturally fluctuate, you can switch your Kandy to a different finger if needed. Between two sizes: Go bigger. Remember, Kandy is handcrafted from glass, making it as delicate as it is bold. Wear your piece with awareness, knowing it’s a treasure meant to be handled with care, ensuring its beauty lasts for years to come. DO´S: Store with care. Kandy feels most at home in its box, where it’s safe from accidental knocks and drops. Keep it clean. Wash your Kandy gently with lukewarm water, and carefully dry it afterwards. With a little love your glass jewel shine even brighter. DON´T: Hot. Hotter. Kandy. But please, do not let it fall. Bathrooms can be tricky places for glass jewelry. Hard surfaces like tiles and sinks pose a real risk, so be extra cautious when wearing your Kandy in there. Be mindful of impact. For example, when clapping your hands, make sure your Kandy ring doesn’t bump into other rings or objects.

Accidents happen. If your Kandy breaks, get in touch with us. But keep in mind — every break is as unique as the piece itself. Not all Kandys can be restored. How it works: Send us a picture of your broken Kandy via email or Instagram DM so we can assess the damage. Or bring it to our studio during opening hours for an in-person evaluation. We currently only repair rings. If your Kandy can be fixed, the repair fee is 49 EUR, and the process takes time. Since each repair follows the same magic as the original creation, color and shape may change slightly. We’ll do our best to bring your piece back to life!
