ORDERING PROCESS
ORDERING ONLINE
To keep things smooth and organized, we kindly ask you not to place regular orders via social media. Exceptions apply for custom or personalized requests, which we’re happy to handle directly. Here’s how to place your order: Go to www.kitschkiosk.com, add your desired pieces to the cart, enter your shipping and contact details, choose your preferred payment method (ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay, KITSCH KIOSK gift card). By clicking “Buy now”, you enter into a legally binding contract with us.Please check your order carefully before confirming, as changes afterward are not possible.You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation via email. Please make sure your email and shipping address are correct – this helps us deliver your order safely and promptly.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Once we receive your payment, we’ll begin preparing your order with care. Processing can take up to 10 working days, after which your parcel will be handed to our trusted shipping partner.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If your parcel is delivered to a pickup point (e.g. post office or parcel station) and is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. In this case: We do not cover the return shipping, you may choose to have it shipped again (shipping fee applies), or receive a store credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping). Please note: This does not count as a withdrawal. To receive a full refund, you must actively cancel within 14 days according to our withdrawal policy.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can cancel your order within 14 days – no explanation needed. The countdown starts once you’ve received your item. Just send us an email to support@kitschkiosk.com with your order number and a quick message that you’d like to cancel. No official form needed – just a clear message.
REFUND
If you cancel, we’ll refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping. Refunds are issued to your original payment method – usually within 5 working days after your return has arrived safely. Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM
There is no legal right of return for pieces that are custom-made for you – for example, personal requests or made-to-order designs.This also applies to our Kandy Klassik line and Kandy Pearl models, as each piece is handmade just for you after your order.Our courtesy policy:If you’re not happy with your made-to-order piece, get in touch. We’re happy to offer a store credit as a goodwill solution in many cases.
WARRANTY AND DAMAGE REPORTING
Our pieces are made of glass – handmade, delicate, and one of a kind. That’s why we kindly ask you to check your order right after receiving it, so we can address any issues promptly. Please note: Visible defects, wrong or missing items must be reported to support@kitschkiosk.com within 7 days, including photos of the issue. Once a product has been used, we can no longer offer a replacement if the defect was known before use. Your statutory warranty rights, especially as a consumer, remain fully intact regardless of this policy.If a defect is discovered, please do not use or dispose of the item until we’ve agreed on how to proceed.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We pack everything with care and love – but if your parcel is visibly damaged during transport: You may refuse to accept the package and inform the delivery person about the possible damage. If you do accept it, please take photos of the packaging immediately upon delivery to document the condition. If the damage was caused by the shipping service and can be documented, we will of course replace the item. For one-of-a-kind pieces, we’ll offer you either a custom replacement or a store voucher.
USAGE AND MATERIAL
Our pieces are made of glass – unique, handcrafted with care. Please note: Slight variations in color, shape, size or weight are part of the handmade process and fall within the industry-standard tolerances for artisan glasswork. These variations are not defects and do not justify a claim.
GLASS IS DELICATE
Glass is a beautiful but sensitive material. Our products are not impact-proof or shatter-proof. If exposed to excessive mechanical force or tension, glass may break – this is part of its natural property. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper handling or use.
GLASS TYPES WE USE
Our pendants are made from soft glass. Our rings are made from borosilicate glass (hard glass) – stronger, but still fragile under stress. Please treat your jewelry like a tiny treasure – with love and care.
GIFT CARDS
You can purchase our gift cards in two ways: Online via www.kitschkiosk.com– or in person at our studio, Wohlwillstraße 28, 20357 Hamburg. Gift card balances cannot be paid out in cash and do not accrue interest.
REDEMPTION
Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout on www.kitschkiosk.com or in person at our studio. Enter your code at the final step of checkout. In-store, we’ll be happy to check your remaining balance. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If the balance is not sufficient, the difference can be paid using another available payment method.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
When purchasing online, your gift card will be sent to you via email with a personal code. Prefer a gift card by post? Simply select the product “Voucher – Paper Gift Card”. We’ll send your voucher beautifully packaged to your address. A small shipping fee applies.
SHIPPING
We ship our products worldwide – with care, in sustainable packaging, and always climate neutral. We use DHL GoGreen, which means all CO2 emissions from shipping are offset through certified environmental projects. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout once you’ve selected your country and payment method. Here’s a quick overview: Germany 5€, Europe 15€, Outside Europe 30€. We offer free shipping from the following order values: From 100€ within Germany, from 200€ within Europe, from 300€ worldwide.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
Once your payment is received, we process your order within 10 working days and hand it over to our shipping partner. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the way. Please note: We have no influence over the delivery time once the parcel is with DHL. According to DHL: Germany usually 1–5 working days, Europe up to 15 working days, Outside Europe up to 30 working days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times on our end may be slightly delayed – thank you for your patience!

With Custom Kandy, you get a piece that’s truly yours. You choose the colors, size, and mood — we shape the rest with intuition and the signature KITSCH KIOSK feel. Every piece is freely formed by hand, without templates or copies. No replicas. No made-to-order sketches. Just a real original, born from your idea and our style.
CUSTOM PIECES PROCESS
Visit us in our studio in St. Pauli, Wohlwillstraße 28, Hamburg or email lisa@kitschkiosk.com – your direct line to the artist. Tell us what moves you, and we’ll translate it into a one-of-a-kind piece that feels like you – but unmistakably KITSCH KIOSK. – Kustom Kandy is only available through direct contact – either in person or by email.– Once you confirm your idea in writing, production starts after full payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Your custom piece will be ready within 2 weeks. You can pick it up at the studio or have it shipped to you (shipping fees apply). KANDY RENT
Planning a fashion editorial, a brand campaign or public event and looking for standout accessories? We offer selected KITSCH KIOSK pieces for photoshoots and creative productions – by request and with a careful eye for concept and fit. Send us a request at hi@kitschkiosk.com with: Your mood board, a short project description, timeline, team, publication, or location. We review every request and only loan to projects that align with our aesthetic and values.
LOAN TERMS
For non-commercial projects (e.g. editorials), loans are free of charge. For commercial use (e.g. campaigns, paid productions, brand events), we charge a loan fee of 10% of the original retail price. Loans are only possible for professional projects with valid professional liability insurance. If published, KITSCH KIOSK must be clearly credited as the designer — via: social media tag (@kitschkiosk)– and/or link to our profile or website.
RETURN, LIABILITY AND SHIPPING
Items must be returned within 2 days after the shoot or event. Return shipping must be well-packed, insured and tracked. The tracking number must be sent via email to hi@kitschkiosk.com on the day of shipping. The borrower is fully liable for all items during the loan period. In case of damage or loss, the full retail price must be reimbursed. All items must be returned complete and undamaged.
PICKUP OR DELIVERY

ADDITIONAL TERMS
All goods remain our property until full payment has been received. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or third-party disruptions. All contracts are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, where permitted by law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Contracts can be concluded in either German or English. Please note that slight color or detail differences may occur due to screen display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
